Do you have a minimum booking amount?Yes, I have a minimum day rate for weddings of £240. Bank Holidays may be subject to an additional charge. - Please note that if your venue exceeds 40 miles there will be an additional travel fee for bride only bookings.

How do I secure my booking?All bridal bookings must be submitted via the form on my website, I require a £50 non refundable booking fee to secure your date. I am unable to reserve any dates without the booking fee due to a high demand of weddings.

Should I have a bridal hair trial?Yes, absolutely! I love bridal trials, they are perfect for us to get to know each other and for you to see exactly how your hair will look on your big day! Trials are typically 4 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding day and are held at my home studio.

What areas do you cover?I travel throughout the North East of England and surrounding areas, travel fee is dependant on the location you're getting ready from the morning of your wedding. Venues over 2 hours away may require overnight accommodation.

Can I add people onto my booking?Yes, you can add onto your booking, I need to know how many people will be requiring hairstyling services by the date of your trial so we can finalise timings for your wedding morning.

Do you offer a second stylist?Yes, I can bring along a second stylist, there will be an additional charge of £80. Your venue location, time of ceremony and number of people in your bridal party will determine whether you need a second stylist.

How far in advance can I book?My diary is open for 2024/2025 weddings. Dates go very quickly so I highly encourage you to book fast if you're considering booking. I have a waiting list for 2026 enquiries, if you would like to be considered please message me and I can add you to my list.

Can I book a trial?It's rare for brides to book a trial prior to securing their wedding date. However, if this is something that's important to you, please submit a request via the contact form and I'll try to accommodate this for you.

Pre-wedding trials
Bridal trials are based at my home studio in Penshaw. They typically last around 1 and a half hours, I look forward to welcoming you!
Hair trial prep
- Clean dry hair, product free and preferably blow dried
- Bring along pictures of hairstyles you like, if you can bring inspiration of a similar hair colour to your own
- Bring any hair accessories/veil you plan to wear on your wedding day
- Dress in a colour similar to your wedding gown, take into account the neckline and details of your dress when choosing your hairstyle
- It's a great idea to wear a little bit of makeup on the day of your trial so you can really get a feel for the overall look
Lastly, just be you! Come open minded that we may need to suggest alternative options to best achieve your desired look!
